Another Native Floridian, Shea is a mother, yoga teacher and teacher trainer, massage therapist, reflexologist, certified integrative health coach, and founder/former owner of Live Oak Yoga. Shea has practiced yoga for over 15 years and taught yoga for 11 years. Shea specializes in private yoga and meditation lessons.

Shea studied yoga with the Hatha Yoga School in 2007, Integral Yoga Institute in Yogaville and San Francisco in 2013 and 2014. She trained and certified 4 cohorts of 200 Hour graduates as well as several one-on-one certifications at the 200 hour level. She has taught many facets of the teacher training is over the moon to be sharing in this experience about yogic philosophy and lifestyle.


Vanessa Martinez-Huff

Licensed Massage Therapist

Vanessa enjoys working with clients of all ages, but, she holds an advanced certification in massage for for children with special health needs including children seeking relief due to poor digestion, anxiety, stress, ADD, ADHD, and/or sensory disorders. She is an infant massage specialist offers classes for parents that addresses the history, benefits and techniques of providing touch therapy to children to provide healthy emotional and physical development. In addition, it can bring relief to complaints of colic, constipation, respiratory disorders and sleeping difficulties.

Shewon Mcgee

Licensed Massage Therapist

Shewon McGee has been a practicing LMT for 8 years. She specializes in a plethora of massage techniques. Her favorite is Thai massage, sports massage, and cranial sacral massage. She also loves cupping, Reiki, and incorporating meditation and vibrational bowls into her massage sessions.
